A very noticeable increase in performance!. In fact, the temps for the upgraded Intel T9500 CPU never exceed 125 Degrees Fahrenheit, not Celsius, mostly hovering around 100 … Web6 feb 2013 · The maximum for the X58L is the T9500 for dual-core, and X9000 for quad-core (assuming power supply and TDP are in check). The reasoning is because of the 800MHz front-side bus. Any of the Core 2 Duo PXXXX range use a 1066MHz FSB. Not going to work. It's also interesting to see that someone else has upgraded theirs.
