Web28. jan 2024. · OneDrive taking a long time to find and sync changes Hi, Our company's OneDrive seem to take way too long to sync files back and forth to our Sharepoint Document Library. E.g. when creating a new file or folder it just sits at "Looking for changes" for about 30-60 seconds or more before anything happens. WebOneDrive constantly processing changes.. Just recently I went through a bit of a kerfuffle with my onedrive, I unsynced quite a few folders from my laptop the the onedrive app, (running w10), and the didn't delete themselves, they just had a red minus (or icon, i forget the picture) next to them.
