Web24 de jun. de 2024 · Hi guys, I just bought a 2015 A4 B8 Allroad. I am a bit confused with how the headlights work and whether I have high beam assist or not. I have an option in the MMI that says "Automatic headlights" - with early/medium/late settings - and when I push the light stalk forward I get a high beam symbol with an "A" in from of it, but the high … Web8 de out. de 2016 · Disable auto high beam assist I turn on auto high beam assist by pressing stalk forward. I see the icon for high beam w/ auto appear. How does one deactivate it after it has been turned on. My manual says to pull back on stalk, but all that does for me is flash my high beams.

This was a cost of £110 (minus some dealer discount) when bought on my car, it's a funny option that I really can't decide if I like or not. The obvious pro is that when driving on a motorway you can completely ignore the lights stalk, it gets it just about right always.
