WebI found a fix! I left them in the chests at the bottom storage area of the castle. Changed over to a different quest and quit game. I then came back- Selected Ursula’s quest and then retrieved the crystals from the chests I used in the storage of the castle- it then registered I had all crystals and I could complete!
