WebStrange, I never had any issues with the DRM, and my experience with the customer support was actually rather good. And, since the early days of directsong, they've removed all the DRM from the service entirely anyways, so that really shouldn't be an issue. Hell, all my old stuff is still there on my account, waiting to be downloaded. WebI strongly encourage you to NOT use DirectSong as the means to get your GW2 music. I also strongly encourage Jeremy Soule and ArenaNet to drop DirectSong as their soundtrack manufacturer. Frigging unbelievable. Sorry for rant, thought y'all should know. Yup.
