Like that system, the XPS 13 9360 also uses an M.2 slot for WiFi and the Intel 9260 does not require CNVio support like the Intel 9560 that I would recommend avoiding on that system.

None of the other devices on the network have done this, and none of the other devices have internet access until I power cycle the router.
