Every time one of the enemy get stuck under one of the red barrier. 3 time I tried to do this mission and every time he get stuck there. I see him on radar I can hear but can't see him. If you consider it a bug, then the "ledge bug" is NOT fixed. Maybe its only my memory, but I remember the bug to be different on original BL1. I just go to the corner with phasewalk, sneak, wait for the phasewalk cooldown and start to attack it.
